Our Process
Once you’ve requested a quote, we’ll arrange a site visit to discuss your requirements and ideas in more detail. We’ll take accurate measurements and talk through the available design options, materials, finishes and any additional requirements.
Following the site visit, we’ll prepare a detailed quote and send it to you by email for your consideration.
Once you’re happy to proceed, a 10% deposit may be required to secure your project. We’ll then provide a CAD drawing of your design, allowing you to see exactly how your finished project will look. At this stage, we can make any requested amendments until you’re completely happy with the design and give us your final approval.
A further 50% payment may be required upon final design approval to cover and secure the materials needed for your project.
Once everything is approved and materials have been secured, we’ll begin handcrafting your project in our workshop, with care and attention to detail at every stage.
When your project is ready, we’ll arrange a convenient date to return to your property and carry out the professional installation and final fitting.
